If you want to wish upon a star then you must stargaze this week, for the Perseid Meteor Shower was in full force this past weekend and continues through this week.   I give thanks to god, for helping me to successfully lose fat, and be slim, for leading me to the information I need, and for the will and desire to meet this goal.

Official Weight Watchers weigh-in is 147 lbs. (-26 lbs = GOAL!!!)  Homescale is 145.5lbs.   Omron scale is 147.2lbs, 25.3 BMI, 40.1% body fat = still OBESITY!! grrrrrrrrr, 24.5% muscle, need 1365 kcals to maintain this weight, 7 visceral fat.  August 16 measurements:
